Cards locked in hand when decaled#1021

When I put a decal on a card that is in my hand, I not cannot easily remove that card from my hand (when I try to drag it out, it snaps back to my hand). Each time I switch to decal, all cards with decals are locked in hand (even if I decaled them earlier in the game). Means I cannot play decalled cards to give them to another player. Its possible to work around the issue (duplicate the decaled card then delete the original, or group and ungroup the decaled cards), but its clunky.
