Broken Lower/Multi-Grab Action#1302

The Lower/Multi-Grab (while holding an object) Action (Bound to T, Secondary RMB) is broken with a recent update.
Instead of lowering the grabbed object and picking up more, nothing happens.

But pressing T while pointing at an object opens the context menu, which isn’t what I’d expect to happen either.

This bug persists after resetting keybinds, changing keybinds. And two of my friends confirmed it earlier.
