GIF Support#1722

We have mp4, webm, etc support but no support for GIFs?
It’d be great to have.

Adding backgroundless gif support and custom tokens with support for low opacity areas would be perfect.

Support for tokens in .gif format would be great, it would give more opportunities to use Tabletop Simulator.
