MP4s not playing#1859

I can load in MP4 files fine (I attach them to playing cards for custom games) when other people subscribe to my TTS workshops they get blank cards. I use URLs so I don’t know why people are having issues? Again, everything is fine on my end? However I can’t load more than 60 cards before seeing blanks on my end.
