Line tool centimeter orthogonal/flat distance + height distance is wrong#1934

As you can see in the attached screenshots the centimeter distance measured changes from roughly 30 cm to 12 cm when holding shift to view the orthogonal distance. This is also occurs with the flat distance + height measurement. Both inch and grid measurement seem unaffected by this issue.
