Speech-to-Text Accessibility#1935

I’d like to suggest implementing Speech-to-Text accessibility option into TTS, as it can be helpful to deaf and hard of hearing people, like me.

People can speak in voice chat which would auto captioning into the chat box, so that they don’t have to bother with typing. And deaf community can read what they’re saying.
