Expand the "State" Selection to 128 slots to match the maximum states allowed.#2108

Currently the maximum allowed “states” in a group is 128, but if you use the state selector its only showing up to 99 States, unless you type “100”, “124”, “118”, etc. The other states cant be selected.

Please expand the State selector buttons to 128 so you can choose the maximum number of states possible.
