I cannot create a server. Of any kind. Nothing works

it happened to me too sometimes, Remember that TTS is stuck with steam services for online play, if steam does maintenance after monday or has a DDOS or gets laggy and you get disconected from steam friends service, your server (if playing) will be closed, and if you want to create a new online game you won’t be able to.
