Add Peek to Player.Action list#2122

I’d like to forbid or allow dynamically the Peek action for all players. However, of all actions a player can make the Peek action is the only one that we are not able to handle programatically, since it is not available in the Player.Action list.

Please add it to this list so we can modify the behaviour.
