2 of Hearts does not exist in the "Random Card" pool#2154

When using the “Random Card” feature under cards, either the 2 of Hearts doesn’t exist, or I didn’t get it in over a thousand draws. I played for nearly an hour trying to “race” to get 1 card of each suit and the 2 of hearts never appeared.
