Ability to draw on tablets#2200

At present, trying to draw on tablets doesn’t work (on the screen/webpage bit.) If possible I think it could be fun to be able to draw doodles on the screen that’ll also come up when you hold the alt button/popout the tablet to screen. (Also, would clearly only work on locked tablets, like drawing on other objects.)
