External Server Browser#2207

I’d like to see a way to browse through running servers while the game isn’t running. Sometimes I have a craving for a certain game that takes a decent number of players, but don’t have the time or patience to start my own server and wait for people to join. With an external server browser, I could check if there are any applicable servers that meet my interests before opening the game, and start playing when I know there’s something I’m in the mood for.
