Add a moving tool for the Magnet points#2223

Please consider adding a pivot tool to be able to allocate the Magnet snap points with more precision. As having to do manual dragging with the mouse is infuriating when you are obsessed with having everything properly aligned.

Also it would be nice to change the 2D green circle pic of the snap points for a 3D sphere to make it more friendly for the eye.
