I have seen that cards have a texture that makes them shine white when you manipulate them aganist light to simulate the cardboard texture reflection, I wonder if its possible to add a foil material option when creating custom decks or cards so that when you move your camera around the cards or you manipulate them you see a rainbow glow on them imitating the rainbow foil in collectible card games:

It would be nice to have something that makes it easier to create animated or simulation foil effects on cards cuz currently the only ways to do this is to literally put a foil overlay on photoshop which looks dull because the foil is completely still being part of the image. That or manually make an animation on a card with a lightleak or something and export to mp4 which makes the file weight ridiculous to import the card, or to use unity which is a long and tedious process not wort it to do for each individual card.
Im not asking something too elaborate, Im ok if you add just the textures somehow so it interacts naturally to movement or a very short looping rainbow overlay animation thing that places itself over the imported picture making the picture behind appear like the foil cards of Pokemon TCG Online.
