Graphical Bug upon starting game#2449

Graphical Bug. Can join a game and interact with objects, however screen will not update from whatever was on the main menu. No mods, fresh install, tried different driver versions. Dragging a window around (settings, join server, etc.) will create a windows 98 solitaire effect that presists. I’ve done a fresh install, changed graphics drivers to different versions. No mods and game has functioned fine in the past. Happens upon start up.
