The game stays in fullscreen on your desktop no matter what the settings say. Even though the player is in VR, we need access to your desktop through our SteamVR desktop mirror to use browsers, read rules PDF, or use discord. There is no way to do this because TTS is taking up the whole screen with an irrelevant video stream.
