[v14.1_public_beta] Context menu options added by Object.addContextMenuItem do not appear#2810

Context menu options added by Object.addContextMenuItem do not appear in v14.1.
Tested as client connected to server.

Noticed this upon further testing, it seems like context menu items do appear for objects that had them upon initial connection to the server; however any new objects spawned after initial connection that have context menu items added will not have them - so this is a networking issue.
