[v14.1_public_beta] Returning false from the onChat() hook does not prevent message from appearing in chat#2813

Returning false from the onChat hook no longer prevents the chat message from appearing in chat for clients.

This works as expected if host.

Is this fixed with this update? Thanks for testing.

Tested again on v14.1 Public Beta 2 and the issue persists.
