Axis-aligned rulers, drawing, and precision#2901

Sometimes, a tabletop game requires more precise measurements than the current tools allow.
I’d like to suggest:

• A hotkey to make the line tool’s measurement and length persistent even when the mouse button is released
• A button or setting to align the line tool to an axis or angle so players don’t have to fiddle with camera alignment to get straight lines.
