Scripted buttons don't show red dot at the bottom of the screen#2911

You don’t get the red dot when hovering buttons that are behind your “virtual hand” (the one at the bottom of your screen).

Button is still clickable but the red dot does not show up.

Didn’t test XMl buttons, but it definitely happens consistently for regular scripting buttons.

This happens to XML created buttons as well. These, unfortunately, are not clickable at all.
