Scripting editor opens at full resolution regardless of settings#2914

On my garbage laptop, I have my in game resolution set to 1366x768 despite my physical screen resolution being 1440p. When opening the script editor, it opens at a size calculated by my screen resolution, which is way too big compared to my chosen in game resolution, putting all of the controls offscreen and making it unusable.
