Workshop models won't load#2934

Since about last Friday all models from workshops stopped loading for me. Everthing is just white cubes or coloured balls. The “in-game assests” such as bags or dice seem to be working fine, but models fom any workshop does not load for me.
I tried ticking mod changing and threading on and off, reinstalled TTS and Steam itself, cleared the cache, but nothing seemed to have changed. What could be the issue?
