better support for setting properties on objects inside deck#2940

many properties (like gm_notes) can’t be set on objects that are inside a deck

When I’m using the gm notes field to store metadata this can be quite limiting

objects inside containers (decks/bags/stacks) aren’t actually there, they get turned into ObjectStates, which are stored in the container
