Just opening and resizing Notepad window by dragging top left corner may break it. This broken state will persist until full game restart.
Sometimes the text jumps falls down leaving few empty lines, sometimes it’s worse and you can’t see what is being typed until switching tabs back and forth, like there is some horizontal offset or something.
I think Lua/XML editor windows are too affected, but it’s not constantly reproducible.
