On the SECOND time a right click context menu is opened, it is positioned incorrectly (often unclickable / off screen)#3011

This is new in 2026 - did not happen in 2025.

Right click an object. Pop up the context menu. It’s positioned correctly
Then close the context menu and right click it again. Now the context menu is riding the top of the screen, (if there are many options, it is hidden behind the menu buttons)
