"Unzoomable" Tile Toggle#3028

Most modders use the tile asset to make the boards, and due to this - when using alt-zoom on pieces atop said tile boards, players tend to accidentally zoom in on the actual map itself, filling the entire screen.

There is a way to disable this with scripting of course, but I believe it’s a common enough practice that it should be baked to the UI as a toggle instead.
