pre-fetch cloud directory structure#310

This is a really old issue to the point that I just accepted to live with it, but it still is really annoying.
If you upload a file to the steam cloud you can’t select the upload directory until you manually opened the cloud manager at least once this session, because the existing directories are not yet loaded into the drop-down menu.
Please just fetch my cloud directory tree when I create a single player session.
