When hosting games, my opponent had the UI issue where all numbers were extremely oversized covering elements of the board. We had played one game successfully without this issue, and then out of nowhere it started. It persisted with multiple games.
Unfortunately, this is a really old bug so I doubt there is any fix coming. The easiest workaround is to reload the game (while everyone stays connected) or rewind a few seconds.
