Scripting Editor Not Opening#3144

Dont have VS installed or any of that stuff

Verifying Files, Uninstalling and Restarting computer doesnt work

Sometimes its fine, sometimes not, is becoming a real pain in the neck and have seen many reports of this on the discord but so far the only solution is to work around it by installing Visual Studio or something.
