Full Server List not Loading into Server Browser#396

When I go to join someone else’s game, only 17 out of 9377 servers show in the server browser. Putting their server name in the search bar only searches those 17 servers. What do I have to do to search all of the servers? No, I do not have “Hide Locked” checked, nor do I have “Hide Full” checked, nor do I have “Friends Only” checked.
