Regression: Custom Chips with different names stack#478

A regression from the previous version, chips with different names can now stack.

Simple example,

Spawn 2 stacks of Custom Chips.
Name one stack “foo”, the other “bar”.
Drop one stack on the other.
They combine (unexpected behavior).
