Save States and Save Objects#515

During the process of saving an entity off a table, it would be cool if there was an option to save it in a clean(no save_state) manner. That way the next time it is spawned it will load as if there is no save data and spawn in a clean state. Ran into a bug where an item was causing severe load times due to having a massive save_state, even thought none of that save_state was relevant any longer.
