Unity 2019.4.19f1_ca5b14067cec Error#579

Everytime I go to my Cloud manager and try to delete a jpg file there I get a screen with an exclamation point and the following message “Unity 2019.4.19f1_ca5b14067cec”

I have tried reinstalling, restarting, clearing cache, and even trying to use the public beta and nothing fixes the problem.
