Voice chat: for toggled, show when your mic is actually transmitting#656

If you’re using the “toggle” mode of voice input, then it always shows the little speaker icon next to YOUR name in the top left corner. For other players however, it will be turning on and off every singe time that they speak, which is useful for confirming that sound is being sent through.

It would be really neat if the same thing happened for your OWN speaker icon in some form. They should probably be permanently displayed in some form, but there SHOULD be some reaction each time the sound is being picked up and sent over the network
