Layout Zones - Support reversing the sort when spreading out a deck#729

With respect to how Layout Zones arrange cards brought in as a deck:

If the cards are brought in as a deck, and the Layout Zone is going to spread them out, it currently lays them out with the bottom card first, working towards the top. The Sort\Reversed setting has no effect, currently.

I request that if Sort\Reversed is enabled, that it lays them out top card first.

Current Behavior (Direction Eastward, Sort = None, Reversed = <either option>):

Drag in: Deck (Top to Bottom: 1, 2, 3, 4)
Result: Group (Left to Right: 4, 3, 2, 1)

Requested Behavior (Direction Eastward, Sort = None, *Reversed = Enabled*):

Drag in: Deck (Top to Bottom: 1, 2, 3, 4)
Result: Group (Left to Right: 1, 2, 3, 4)
