UI Sliders have no way to set precise values#730

UI Sliders (e.g. Layout Zone Horizontal and Vertical Spread sliders) have no way to set them precisely.
Please put a numerical text box next to every one so that you can type the exact value you want.
Otherwise, trying to repeat settings for consistency takes FOREVER as you keep moving the sliders back and forth 100 times to try and get the same value.
