'Tap' and 'context menu' should not be a combined mapping in controls.#769

Apparently, changing the mapping for ‘Tap’ action also changes the mapping for invoking context menu.

This unexpected behavior makes it very inconvenient to have ‘Pan’ action mapped to right mouse button while also retaining the ability to invoke context menu with right mouse button, because it is either mapped to ‘Tap’ action which causes a weird interaction all together, or ‘Tap’ is mapped to other button and removes the ability of right mouse button to invoke context menu.

A sort of workaround is to use ‘Locked’ physics mode in which ‘Tap’ action does not work at all, which removes the weird interaction, but that removes ‘Tap’ action completely.

This is especially bad for people who want the right click menu, but don’t want to drop cards out of decks.

I have this issue too. This is bad when you’re playing with a discard pile featured game.
