Try plaing Tabletop simulator on a laptop. You never need 120 fps playing anything via TTS. There should be some way to limit the wasted resources on here. Something to keep it from wasting so much resources.

Didn’t notice that. What I noticed though is that TTS is the only program that makes my laptop fan spinning FAST and that drains its whole battery in one hour. During normal usage (working remotely) it lasts 7+ hours.

I think the more helpful suggestion would be to say that the game needs an FPS limit option. That certainly would make sense

Yes, basically some option that doesn’t have it burn my knee when playing (happened today due to my laptop running 100% for 5 hours).

There is a fps cap option in the graphics config.

There is. I have always had it enabled. I still burned my knee because the cap is monitor hz rate or someting.

As far as I can understand that toggle caps the framerate to 60 fps, which I never reach anyways.
It would be super handy to be able to actually specify the framerate. 30 would be enough for me and that would hopefully provide some more battery life, and less warmth. Please add this :-)
