Snap Tool: preview where the snap point will be added#793

Would be really great if using the Snap Tool would show exactly where the snap point will be added when we press. It would display the snap point under the cursor semi-transparently, jumping to the center of an unlocked object when hovering over those.

It’d be a big help trying to place snap points correctly, especially since the cursor of the tool isn’t super precise about showing you where it will end up

After placing a snap point you can click-and-hold on it, and while you hold the mouse button you can drag it around: it’ll be exactyl where you leave it when you release the mouse button.

Wow, I can’t believe I never knew that about Snap points…
