(minor) Rename the "Point" section in the menu to "Snap"#794

Very minor issue, but it would make more sense for the “Point” in the menu to be rename “Snap”. That would conflict with the first tool in there so that one should be called “Point Snap”, which would make it even more clearly differentiated from “Rotate Snap”.
