"Featured" Saved Objects folder with tools for common use#798

I see a good number of suggestions here or elsewhere of people that want some very simple functionality that can be solved with simple scripting. The problem often is that the vast majority of TTS users don’t know how to script or don’t know that tools with their needs exist.

A solution for most would be a “Featured” folder in Saved Objects with many community-made-but-officially-approved tools that are available to every player. These tools would be added with future patches and be required to be very easy to use. This is a user-friendly enough approach solution for most or many players and lets the TTS featureset increase thanks to the community.

There should probably also be a Misc Settings to hid the folder since some players won’t care about those tools and want to not have the folder listed in their organized Saved Objects menu. But otherwise the folder and its content should not be deletable.
