Cursor constantly recentres to the middle of the screen when in hidden interface mode (f11) when the camera moves.#930

This seems to be 100% reproducable for me.

• Enter hidden interface mode with F11
• Move the camera with WASD, or spin the camera with the cursor keys.
• The cursor will repeatedly snap to the centre of the screen once the camera’s speed goes above a certain threshold.

This happens in full screen as well as windowed mode, but only happens in hidden interface mode.
