First I want to say that I applaud Beserk Games for making the most comprehensive and modular tabletop board game simulator on the market. It truly is an amazing tool. That being said I cringe everytime I have to load TTS and have to hear and see a blood splat and bloody logo appear. It feels extremely off brand from what your product is. Considering how open and welcoming the board game community is for all ages. I would expect Beserk Games/TTS to follow in this example to create a family friendly environment in which anyone can learn how to design board games. Imagine if a teacher wanted to use your software in a school setting? I feel your company logo should be setting an example and be just as family friendly and welcoming as the rest of the tabletop game hobby industry is. Thank you.
I guess a “family mode” launch, where the splash screen is automatically skipped and the logo in the top right of the main menu is just plain text would be sufficient?
Wjy not just get rid of it, it’s so totally out of context.
This has been brought up before and a previous suggestion has been marked as “Planned” https://tabletopsimulator.nolt.io/395 so it will likely be getting changed in the future but in the meantime you can disable it with -novid
in the launch options https://kb.tabletopsimulator.com/getting-started/launch-options/
